I used to hide it until I noticed it made things worse when I did talk. Now, I talk as much as possible even to the point of starting a few podcasts (not stuttering related) just to give me a reason to talk more. I still have blocks but I either just pummel through them and don't care or I've come to learn how to anticipate them without breaking my speech as much as I used to. I'm not supporting this way for all, it's just what I've done.
