Hey i have a stuttering problem thats really messing up my life

Hey i have a stuttering problem thats really messing up my life Ive been stuttering every since i was young and im 18 now. Ive been getting therapy in school but now it doesn't seem to help much, it was getting better in 8th-sophmore year, but now its just gotten worse. Every time i try to talk if feels like ive got something stuck in my throat keeping the words in and id move my lips but nothing would come out until i force it to. Its really been messing around my life and i dont know how to stop it
