Yep. Works wonders for me. Been a stutter-er my entire life & benzos feel like the cheat code to stuttering & the anxiety that comes with it. But, I mean, there’s problems with that. If you feel you have the cheat code to life in a little pill, when you don’t have it, you go right back how you’ve always felt, actually worse. But I mean, without my anxiety meds (benzo) there’s a lot of shit I would have missed out on, wouldn’t have done, people I wouldn’t be friends / acquaintances with, wouldn’t have the job that I do, wouldn’t speak unless spoken to, etc etc. BUT, like I said, when ya don’t have it, the anxiety, the panic, the depression, all of it comes back tenfold. In my experience at least. So it’s tricky. I just make sure I always have my meds & that I don’t run out.
