Talking in person isn't as bad as talking on the phone is for me, probably because I tend to move my hands a lot when I speak. Interviews are fine, but working on help desk certainly isn't easy for someone like me I get blocks from certain words or sounds, usually long As and Any S sound. Prolongations are usually just really long uhhhs while I draw out the rest of the sentence, and repetition usually comes into play with short vowel sounds for me.
