All 3. Usually made worse when I'm put on the spot, even with simple questions like "What's your name?" Talking in person isn't as bad as talking on the phone is for me, probably because I tend to move my hands a lot when I speak. Interviews are fine, but working on help desk certainly isn't easy for someone like me I get blocks from certain words or sounds, usually long As and Any S sound. Prolongations are usually just really long uhhhs while I draw out the rest of the sentence, and repetition usually comes into play with short vowel sounds for me.
