He doesn't! He only did that because that as how he looks and talks. Stop saying otherwise, it's so obvious that he is doing exactly what the reporter does whenever he talks. You don't need to support everything that your president does. If you come on a server for stuttering and think mocking disabilities is ok.....then this isn't the server for you.
