Anyone else have a "catchphrase" they start every sentence with so that they don't stutter?

Anyone else have a "catchphrase" they start every sentence with so that they don't stutter? For me it's "I think." For some reason I never stutter when I say it, and it can be used in front of a bunch of different sentences.
