If you're still at a university, I would check with their speech and communications department to see if they have any speech language pathoogists who know about stuttering. Most speech lang pats actually don't know much about stuttering so try to find someone who has experience. I do know a guy who started stuttering first at 18 years old and still stutterers. Right now the main thing I would recommend is don't try to change how you speak or your behavior. once you start to avoid, that pattern becomes hard to break. Maybe check over at r/slp as well, but again just note unless you have a focus in fluency, most speech paths don't know stuttering very well.
