Thanks for your comment. Your situation sounds exactly like mine. I feel the block coming and know when I will block. I will find another word or just try to force it out but forcing it out hurts my muscles🤣 I am luckily mostly fluend but there are times the blocks are worse unfortunately. Do you use any breathing techniques or is it just a mind game for you? I also feel like when im 100% confident I like to talk more and the blocks are less.
