In the USA and in most countries where there are universities there is usually a communicative disorders department. They are interested in various speech disorders. There is probably no cost to this. Other possibilities would be private practice speech therapists, or medical practitioners but there probably be costs involved. If you are a student there might be help from your school. Where do you live and how old are you and do you have any health insurance?
