Took it for about 3 months. Started at a lower dose of 0.25mg for a month before moving up to a higher dose of 0.5mg for two months. Overall noticed no significant improvement for the stuttering, seemed that it helped more with regulating anxiety. But overall wasn't as effective as some people in this sub make it out to be.
