tips for attendance call?

tips for attendance call? when the teacher valla my name i should respond with "burda" (in my language), but i just can't say it i panic so much for no reason. i don't know why i just can't spit it out 😭 even a teacher made fun of me for that (so embarassing i know) any tips? :)
