Think about what makes you uncomfortable. Something that stresses you out a little just thinking about it. Now go do that thing. Then think about something that's just a little bit scarier/more stressful. Do that thing. Slowly push yourself outside your comfort zone more & more. If you can stay positive throughout (despite how much it sucks!), you'll ultimately be stronger afterwards & hopefully that very first thing you did doesn't seem so bad now.
