I’ll try to spit it out as fast as I can when someone asks me how my name. Sometimes it helps. Als depending on the situation ,I’ll try to say it before they ask me. That way I can say it whenever I feel like a stutter won’t occur, instead of being in that same old situation when I’m being asked for my name and I’m blocked.
