Stayed with family

Stayed with family I only occasionally stutter but when I stayed with family it was terrible. It’s almost like I can’t form coherent sentences in my head or something. It seems to be 2 or more people that Im not familiar with it happens, does this happen to other people? Im not embarrassed by it, just frustrating.
