TAship and stutter

TAship and stutter I am a teaching assistant (fm) for 1st years ug and I am in 4th year myself. Unfortunately most of them look more larger and intimidating and are hardly interested in what I want to say. To add on to this I stutter pretty frequently and noticibaly. As in most academic settings the pay isn't great.How do I deal with this?
