Trying things like meditation in the morning is never bad, but it's difficult to just make yourself relax, and nearly impossible in the moment of panic. So you might just have to learn how to work through it, relaxed or not. If you feel like it's causing tension, again, you can consider bringing it up. Even something like, "Most of you have probably picked/noticed that I have a stutter. Sometimes it gets more difficult so if you need me to repeat any information just ask." I dont actually like that since I don't know what you would want to get across to your class, if you even want to bring it up, but know it is an option you have if you need it. Someone below mentioned just letting yourself stutter. It's a pretty big milestone to be able to let yourself do it. It's usually not something you can simply will, because all your old habits and feelings will scream for you to avoid stuttering. Ultimately I think it is the answer, but I recognize that it's not practical to just jump right into it. If you want to try opening up to stuttering openly, I would suggest only trying one or 2 times per day and only in the easiest/safest situations. If you dont have anyone you feel comfortable trying it with, maybe call a random store and just see it feels.
