I don't know any in that area, but I did build the first Slack-based support group for professionals who stutter which I launched just a few months ago. Although, fully remote and digital, meeting online can still be largely impactful. It's completely free to join and I encourage you to do so - we already have about 200 professionals who stutter in the community, most of which are US-based (www.stutterfreely.com).
