Look on the bright side, you've hit rock bottom, you're aware that your life is a mess and you can change it. But I recommend you focus on the positive: you say your parents started paying for your degree and that you don't work, congratulations!! You already have what more than half the world's population doesn't: financial stability. Take advantage of it. If I were you, I'd write it down. It's what I always do when I know I want to change. Write down your thoughts and what you'd like to do. Initially, I wouldn't go back to university, but it's something you could consider doing at some point. If not, you could do a higher-level vocational qualification. You have to do something because you'll go crazy. And if not, find a job that doesn't require training, which I understand you don't have. You have to get out of your comfort zone and face the world, which obviously won't be pretty, and you'll also have anxiety, a lot of it, as I suspect you already do, and you'll have a terrible time. But that's the consequence of shutting yourself away; when you finally come out, you have a terrible time. Everything I'm telling you is from my own experience. I'm 18, but I don't have any friends either, and I don't go out to make plans. I go out alone, I study, and I work. In my free time, I don't leave my bed. So I know what it's like to shut yourself away, but you have to change and be clear that you're going to have a hard time..
