Sign language is awesome. If that will help you get out of your shell, go for it. Same with tech. Some people use tech to speak for them because it they can’t. I would also recommend simultaneously doing speech therapy and desensitization activities, like getting coffee at a coffee shop every day. This is your one life. Get out and live it. Walk through that fear. That makes you strong. Then tell others about it to inspire them to walk through their fears.
