Job Interviews & Stuttering, Special Arrangements and Disclosure Hi everyone, I’m curious to hear from people who have gone through job interviews. - Have you ever asked for any special arrangements or accommodations during the interview process? If so, what kind of arrangements were they, and did they actually help? - Do you think it’s better to let HR or the interviewer know about stutter in advance, or to just let it come up naturally during the interview? I’d really appreciate hearing your experiences, what worked (or didn’t), and any advice you’d give to someone preparing for interviews while managing a stutter. Thanks in advance!
