Anyone want to practice speaking with me online everyday?

Anyone want to practice speaking with me online everyday? I am a stutterer, and in my life it's hard to find somebody to talk with me . And it got worse when I do not speak. So if you are willing, maybe we can use some app to chat (video chat). then we can both progress. English is not my native language, but I can talk at least, although not very fluent.
