I really hope you're not trolling us. If you're serious then I will tell you that during the CDL test you'll be required to present an oral demonstration of the pre-trip inspection. If your speech is really that bad perhaps they would let you write everything down for them. I can't say for sure though if they'd allow this. You might just have to work through it.
