High school can be tough for people who stutter, especially when it feels like everyone already has their own groups. My advice is: * Start small: Begin with brief conversations and simple greetings. * Shared interests: Join clubs or groups that match your hobbies. * Practice: Work on speaking with family and or people you know to build confidence. * Seek support: A speech therapist can help with your stutter (alongside techniques such as diaphragm breathing, slowed speech, etc). Remember, you're not alone (I've been there as well lol). But with a positive attitude and a bit of time, you can definitely make connections and build friendships.
