Fixing my methylations seems to have helped with my stuttering. Hello friends, I had a mild stutter since childhood. Recently noticed to have low energy, irritability, tense muscles and similar symptoms. Did bloodwork and homocystine came back as 21. Other markers normal. So that pointed to methylations issues. For almost two month now am taking B2 + TMG. Which is already providing some improvement, including stuttering. So it's a wild guess, but if beyond stuttering you have other symptoms ( low energy, anxiety, etc. ) it might be worth checking homocystine, which is a great marker for methylations issues. Optimally you would want it to be around 7. If you have methylation issues, careful with the old protocol ( methylfolate + B12 ), you want to start with only B2 and TMG for some 2 month, then, if needed, carefully add MF + B12.
