Stuttering through meeting with manager

Stuttering through meeting with manager Hello all. I had a meeting with my manager and she was telling me how she was switching roles. I literally struggled to say congratulations so I moved around it and said, “I am ……happy for you.” It sounded like I wasn’t and I felt so bad. I also struggled with almost every word throughout my meeting and now I feel like I’m out of breathe. I have a weird chest pain. I have also had speech therapy and it has currently done nothing for me. Idk I can’t hold a conversation any more and it’s gotten worse. Any tips
