I found out recently that I had a stutter, the reason may surprise you. I never knew I had a stutter till about 3 months ago. Right now it is mild but not at night getting off work. I think I’ve had a stutter long before now I just never knew because I think it was mostly nonverbal. I have many memories of people saying the now dreaded “spit it out”. It turns that the time I noticed I had a stutter was when i has just gotten a higher diagnosis for my Adderall. I looked it up and there is a correlation between helping and worsening a stutter with ADHD medication.
