I am sorry to say that without the research on what fluency actually means there is no way you can train your brain. You need to ask yourself the question- What do I want my brain to do? If you can’t understand the question then I have no clue as to how to train your brain. What does the brain need to tell your body in order to achieve fluency? I had to answer these questions to achieve fluency.
