Believe it or not, they'll be more focused on you as a person and what it's like to work with you, not your tech skills. Learning tech is relatively easy and they know you're a newbie so they won't be grilling you for technical details. They'll want to see examples of how you taught yourself something, how you solved a problem on your own using an innovative approach, your level of curiosity and enthusiasm about the job, what else is going on in your life so if they invest in you you won't be leaving in a year for some other job or life event and so on. Start thinking about good answers for personal questions. For technology, tell them about your passion for whatever tech you're passionate about and how you do IT stuff in your own time and that really cool IT thing you did to solve someone else's problem. Give examples of the value your skills and knowledge have given others, even in volunteer, school or at home. Remember, this job isn't about being a tech guy, it's about helping people. You need to demonstrate how much you like to help others.
