In a way yes. But if you're youre known as the stuttering person the pressure shouldn't be on you to make the first move if that makes sense. If they know that and still act a certain way towards you then fuck em. They're probably shitty human beings anyways imo. Eventually I break ground with ppl and I do small talk and joke around but there's always that one person.
