Does the Stanford University President stutter?

Does the Stanford University President stutter? I was watching [a short speech that he made (at 0:55)](https://www.facebook.com/Stanford/videos/694109346326205/) and it seems like he stutters quite a bit. Is this true? Because, wow, as a fellow stutter I find that it's quite cool and inspiring.
