Actually, no. Stuttering is genetic and neurological. We can’t help it. The reason why you’re not stuttering when you’re alone is because stuttering is very inconsistent in nature. It doesn’t typically occur often when one is alone. There’s less social pressure too then. I stutter less often when I’m alone. But I do still stutter so it’s different for everyone. You should definitely try to research the disorder and keep up with your therapy sessions too. Hope this helped!
