a tip that worked for me i started meditating daily (it's been 4-5 days) and i already can see the benefits of it 😭 less stress, less fear or speech, even it reduced my stutter a bit! i recommend that if you're having a hard time in your life because of speech fear, stammering/stuttering... 💗💗
