Thanks for your reply. Is it not a disability though? If the stammer is severe enough that it prevents/impedes fluent/controlled speech and is out of my control, it must be a disability. The speech in these presentations is assessed in this module and if the speech in impeded by something out of my control, then it is clearly something that qualifies for some circumstance/aid. I understand we have no power over disability services in determining what is and isn't a disability.
