Does anybody else have a problem talking, more than just stuttering, like aphasia/dysphasia or know similar conditions?

Does anybody else have a problem talking, more than just stuttering, like aphasia/dysphasia or know similar conditions? I have always had problems talking (but none thinking), but I do not think I had a stroke before I was the age babies start talking. I started talking much later than my siblings, and when I did start talking it was not very good and I had several speech impediments like not being able to say c's and r's and stuttering. Now after going to a speach therapist from preschool-end of middle school I now pretty much only talk weird and stutter when nervous/stessed out.
