Sort of. When I started classes I knew that people were eventually going to hear my stutter and there were 2 ways I could react. 1. I could get all self absorbed and emotional and start resenting everyone and myself for speaking/stuttering etc. or 2. I could own it, so I stutter, who gives a fuck. It makes me, me. If you don't like me for who I am, then you can go fuck yourself. I'm not sure if this is actually going to help you but like... Just actively try and not care about it. Even try making fun of it yourself, it's what I do and it seems to take the edge off. (t-t-t-t-tomorrow, wow that was a toughie) etc.
