Stress and how you are feeling is definitely a factor with stuttering. Same goes for me... I can recommend some breathing exercises like 4-7-8 breathing or just a box pattern like 4-4-4 ( lots of videos on YouTube ). But basically it is breath in för 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds, breath out 4 seconds and you have done one round of 4-4-4.
