How did your stutter affect getting your first job?

How did your stutter affect getting your first job? I am 16 years old and it seems everyone I know is starting to get jobs. However with my stutter and anxiety, the idea of just going to a job interview scares me. Then if I get the job I don't think I could handle communicating with customers and co-workers. How did you manage to get your first job and was it as scary as it sounds? Also did your stutter have an impact on getting any jobs?
