desensitization exercise I've recently started working on my stuttering. I've practiced speaking in front of a mirror and a screen. But I think the most important thing is self-confidence. I'll start talking to people outside, but I'm scared. I need to develop self-confidence. I think self-confidence plays a big role in this. What do you think? What is your opinion?
