dude. even pro performers have stage fright. You never overcome the fear entirely. You just make your preparation gold. The great Mitch Hedberg wore sunglasses and avoided looking at the crowd while performing because of his stage fright. For me, I think, you might get better the more you do it, but for me, I kind of broke after concussion, and I take a stage fright medicine. I stopped fighting it naturally. It was too exhausting. If you can, you do it naturally, but if not, have a back up chill pill on you. I remember I would drink shit like Redbull or Monster energy to speak better. That shit ruins your body man. We especially gotta stay on top of your physical health as much as possible, because of this. But eventually you come up with a method. A method is certain things you do to do better. It;s like a system. You gotta have yo system. And discipline. Those two things. Also you might find things that relax you, things that make you happy, the better you do, the better your speech becomes. I mean day to day efficiency. Productivity. Those things.
