So you're stressed about stuttering and your overthinking is making you stutter?? Speaking is suppose to be natural and automatic. Like some people mentioned try meditation and breathing exercises. Breathe for 7 seconds. Hold for 7 seconds. Let go for 7 seconds. When you talk to others talk very slow. Breathe often. Create positive experiences so that talking becoming nature in your mind instead of having negative anticipation.
