“the times i self advocate i leave the conversation feeling like i did something wrong” WOW I FELT THAT. i have a lot of similar experiences. target actually hired me because my first interview was relatively fluent, but when they heard me stutter, they CHANGED THEIR MIND after they already hired me !! getting talked over is a big problem for me and i still don’t really know how to navigate these situations🥴🥴
