From UP, I was so confident till my 12th yeah I had my bad experiences but I were too confident that time,, but after 12th everything was changed.i tried my best to do work on my self I took therapy but no result .. now at age of 24 the condition is worst ... I can't even introduce myself infront of people.. sometimes I thought better than it I should diee
