26 now. I was around 15 years old when I started to stutter, maybe a little younger. It started off with me not being able to start a sentence. I.E. If I wanted to say "I want to go outside", I would repeat "I" 5-20 times before I could get my point across. Then it got worse for me, I couldn't get out most of my words. In order to say parrot, I would have to almost pronounce every sound in the word like Puh-air-ott. And that would drag out my sentences big time.
