Hi! Interpreter and irregular stutterer here :) I am doing breathing exercises and have regular appointments with psychologist to accept it, find the root cause and get rid of it. I fluently speak in front of audience at meetings, but we also have to do public address announcements, and it is where I stutter sometimes. What really helps is to know the text, limber up a bit to relax shoulders and neck before pressing 'talk' button and take a deep breath before speaking. You should check 'Дыхательная гимнастика Стрельниковой' on YouTube, these are breathing exercises I was talking about. Most of us breath wrong and have some 'locks' in the head, so understanding the reason is important too.
