don't hesitate to leave Chmela. I wasted so much time there. I just moved to Austin, but if you can't find a great local speech therapist and one that your son jives with, online is a surprisingly and very suitable option. IMO id rather go to an excellent therapist online than a subpar local one. Idk your sons age but id guess he's old enough to utilize online ok.
