Of course bullies are dick heads and we should ignore them if we can, but why did you put a positive spin on the discriminatory teacher? You must recognize that these situations exist and are difficult to deal with, we can't just ignore them as they affect our quality of life. You're constantly understating the discriminations that people with a severe stutter can face in life. I said I agree that fixating on our flaws is useless and harmful, everybody has flaws that make them self-conscious but I'm trying to highlight how certain flaws can bring out bad consequences in society, it's just ableism and it's very common, acknowledging it doesn't equate giving up, it's recognizing our limits, what we can change in ourselves and what is other people's fault. Edit: I forgot to say that your comments clearly have not been about a balanced view until I brought it up, the blame is placed upon the PWS, you can absolutely say that self perception is important in stuttering but highlighting the fact that it doesn't help with everything is necessary, especially considering that PWS's struggles are almost always undermined irl and online.
