It appears to be a fair price. Assuming that the doctor has the skills she claims. You should ask her what she feels she can do for you. If there are any clients that have presented similar to you that she's been able to help and to what extent? And if any of those clients would be willing to reach out to you and provide a testimonial or referral to your doctor's ability to help you. The last item might be a little bit sticky - doctor patient confidentiality all that stuff. Those aren't easy questions to answer though. Every patient is different. People with disfluencies tend to be a little bit cagey and conceal things. You'll get the most out of your therapy if you are always completely honest with your therapist. And with yourself
