I recognize it. I haven't very long block, but most of the time they are also silent en you can't see I'm stuttering. I keep on talking. Sometimes people interrupt me bc they don't see I'm talking/stuttering. What helps for me is to keep eye contact. It doesn't always work, but it helps. Sometimes I mention that I stutter, so they know about it. I have had commants that I don't stutter bc I don't repeat syllables, Haha, yeah, right. Sometimes I explain and sometimes I don't. Some people are stupid... they don't want to understand it, haha.
