Yeah. I've been spending every night talking to myself in the mirror to practice muscle relaxation and slowing down my rate of speaking to allow room for more breath control. I've been reading out loud, too. Through this drill, I too, have noticed a lot muscle tension, particularly in my chest and abdomen, when I speak, and I think it's out of fear that a stutter will find it's way through my speech pattern. I know jumping that hurdle will make all the difference in the world. Thanks for the advise.
