Anxiety medication and stuttering?

Anxiety medication and stuttering? I've been dealing with anxiety for quite a while now, sleepless nights, feelings of dread and fear both fairly often, and stuttering. Concerning the last, I only seem to stutter around people, I can speak perfectly fine alone. Is there a chance that the stuttering is due to social anxiety and that medication could help reduce or even fix it?
